We know that you’ve heard it before. You really do need a diet that includes fresh fruit and vegetables in order to maintain health.  It’s also best to go organic if you can, avoid any fruit or vegetables that have been grown with pesticides or insecticides. How is the best way to do this? Grow your own!  Our favorite vegetable is green beans.  We grow green beans, can green beans and freeze green beans, in other words, we love ‘em! We grow a large crop and by canning green beans and freezing them we enjoy them all winter and spring long.
