Is Diagnosing and Changing Organizational Culture Difficult?
We have just taken over another company, and they do things in a very different way than we do. I am trying to figure out where the differences are so that we can get both companies operating under the same procedures and using the same basis for making decisions. I don’t just want to impose our company policies on the new company, first I want to find out more about the way they do things to see if there is something we could do better. Is Diagnosing And Changing Organizational Culture usually very difficult? I am thinking both cultures will probably need to do some changing.
