My research on Lean Manufacturing Techniques has shown that we’d have to make a lot of adjustments, but the results would be well worth it in the long run.
I think big improvements in efficiency will be absolutely critical for our ongoing success.

Lately I’ve been wondering a lot about 6 sigma online. I keep hearing about other businesses cleaning up their operations with Six Sigma Online, and I wonder if we shouldn’t try it.
I’ve been researching Lean Six Sigma Certification in particular. It’s expensive, but it looks like it might pay for itself with cost savings.
