A Christmas Birthday Party that will Jingle your Bells!

Posted by admin

It can be hard having a birthday so close to the Christmas holiday.  Luckily, there are some fun and creative ideas for a fun kids birthday party that will keep you in the holiday spirit!  Invite your friends over for a gingerbread man cookie party.  Your guests will be greeted at the door with the lovely smell of gingerbread cookies floating in the air.  Later on, they can decorate these cookies any way they’d like.  At the end of your party, you can sit and enjoy the tastes of the masterpieces you created with a steaming cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows and whipping cream.  You can add to the fun festivities by singing Christmas carols and playing in the snow.

Another fun way to celebrate a kid’s birthday party with a Christmas theme is to have an ornament exchange party.  Each guest can bring a wrapped special ornament they have picked out.  At the party, the guests can sit around the Christmas tree and draw names to see which ornament they have picked out.  It will be a way to always be reminded of your special Christmas birthday.  As a fun craft activity, your guests can make their own ornaments.  You can take clear glass ball ornaments and your guests can paint winter scenes or other holiday designs on them.  For a charitable gift, you could wrap them up and deliver them to a senior citizen home.  It is a fun activity to do with friends, but also rewarding because you are doing something good and kind for another who is less fortunate.  What a fun and meaningful holiday party to have!
