A Discussion On Low Carb Food
There is still some debate among nutritionists as to whether or not low carb food is the way to go in order to maintain a healthy diet. However, knowing which food has high or levels of carbs is useful in any diet as we have to know which foods may have too much carbs in them. Milk and organ meats have surprisingly high levels of carbohydrates and if one is on a low carb diet, only low fat milk and lean meats should be consumed. Fruit is a low carb food, contrary to many misconceptions and fruits low in sugar should be in every low carb diet.
