No Medication Needs for My IBS
After suffering with Irritable Bowel Syndrome for years, I knew that there must be a relief for me out there somewhere. Little did I know that the relief that I was looking for was just right under my nose. What I was eating was directly linked to how my bowels acted and reacted. Some foods would send me to the restroom over and over for house. Others made no difference and let me with a happy disposition. The irritable Bowel diet that made a difference for me was one that was high in fiber, low in fat and caffeine. The caffeine especially made me feel worse! But now that I know the key is what I put in my mouth, I’m able to control my IBS with food, not with medication.
