Sunglasses For My Kids

My children, just like everyone else in the world, want the most they can get. Of course, they are not part of our working society yet. I am however trying to teach them the value of the dollar. When they asked for Horatio Caine sunglasses, I said to them, “Do you know how long mommy has to work to pay for those glasses?” They always say, “No, mommy.” Then I go into my dissertation about the number of hours I have to work just so that they can have these special sunglasses. I don’t know why I bother. They alway look so darn cute, I have a hard time resisting them!
