Where Can I Find Jumbo Stuffed Bears?

I want to find a really special, over the top present for my god daughter. She is turning three and I thought it would be cool to get her one of those jumbo sized stuffed bears that can be used as pillows as well as stuffed animals. Does anyone know who makes these or where I can find them? It doesn't have to even be a bear, a dog or something like that would work well also. I want something she can lay on while she watches tv and plays. I would love any ideas on where I can find these.
